From my experience, it always takes about 10 seconds to connect successfully and show the green check in the tray icon in Windows client (I am not sure about UI in other systems). On the other side, it takes about 3 seconds to disconnect and remove the green check icon.

This is not user-friendly, as I myself was confused why the client is not connecting or nothing is happening, and it turned out that I just needed to wait for 10-15 seconds to get the green check icon. This misleading for the end-user.

I suggest adding a "connecting" icon like a circle or any "wait" icon during the connection establishing phase until we get the green check.

Maybe another additional idea, to show some very primitive text box showing the logs while connecting to indicate to the user that something is happening and he just need to wait a bit.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
