Describe the problem
When using the android app with Azure, the device authorization flow doesn't display the device code that should be used in the flow. This is due because the IDP doesn't provide a full URL.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Configure the management server with Azure
  2. Try to connect with android app

Expected behavior
Display the code that should be used in the login flow

Additional context
Switching to a local PCKE flow might resolve this issue for all IDPs
