Describe the problem
The /activity page on netbird shows unknown@unknown.com as the initiator.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to netbird.dashboard/activity
  2. View any activity initiated by an user/admin.
  3. See error.

Expected behavior
The email should show up as user@email.com instead of unknown@unknown.com
