A clear and concise description of what the problem is "external devices cannot be connected in netbird self hosted". I already tried to use netbird managed service to connect external devices, It didn't any problem. What's the problem?

Expected behavior

I think I can access to the external device, but it didn't.

Are you using NetBird Cloud?

I already check the "external-ip" on turnserver.conf file, it was there.

I also attached logs file...
logs.txt

  • management server is running on GCP VM.
  • There are two devices registered in netbird.

Hello, @bcmmbaga, I already checked with @mlsmaycon. Finally, it was my fault on firewall setting(mistyped network tag in VM configuration) in GCP.
