Use port 33073 instead of 443.

I'm getting same error, but my deployment hasn't port 33073 configured. What you mean by changing the port? Is there any service on netbird-management specifc for android that runs on this port?

If so, I'll create an Ingress here for that.

I'm seeing the same behavior.
Port 33073 is not open to the world on my network, it this a new port required for forwarding?
