Dump the proxy container's warn-level cost-audit lines (raw upstream
response bodies, parsed token counts, per-bucket pricing math, final
metered cost) into the test output after the provider matrix, so every CI
run carries the ground truth the middleware saw — previously the container
stdout only surfaced on failure. Raise the diagnostics log cap from 256KiB
to 4MiB so a full matrix run's raw bodies survive.
