This commit introduces a new CasaOS toolkit that provides various diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for CasaOS users. The toolkit includes the following features: - Collect system information and logs for troubleshooting - Fix Docker permissions issues - Repair Docker overlay2 storage driver problems - Perform a full system reset (clean reinstall of Docker and CasaOS) The toolkit is designed to help CasaOS users quickly diagnose and resolve common issues they may encounter with their CasaOS installations.
