In previous versions of TrueNAS Scale, Dynamic DNS was included under services, with an option to select DNSExit.com as a provider. This was deprecated in SCALE 23.10 and it's now recommended to use DDNS Updater instead, but the option to utilize DNSExit.com as a provider is unavailable.

In the mean time, my suggestion would be to just set up a cron job on TrueNAS to run the curl command that DNSExit tells you to run. In the TrueNAS Scale UI you can go to System -> Advanced Settings -> Cron Jobs to add a cron job.
