Feature request: Update AdGuard DNS Linked IP Adress #566

1. What's the feature?

Adguard DNS has an option to update our WAN IP address on their settings, so they can identify our machines and properly monitor them, they give a URL that once accessed, update our public IP on their services. Really simple, really.

  1. One option is to enter a DDNS domain, that can be updated, for instance, with DDNS-Updater.
  2. But, if you don't want to use a previously configured DDNS domain, there's an option to update our public IP much like how DDNS-Updater work for FreeDNS, just accessing a URL.

2. Extra information?

There's nothing special about it, they give us an URL and we need to access it from time to time to update our public IP on their services.

I'm suggesting it because it's something that could be implemented, and even though DDNS-Updater is a DDNS focused service, not everyone that want to use Adguard DNS services wouldn't necessarily have a DDNS set up and being used. I don't know... Maybe this is silly, but more options, more better, I guess. It wouldn't hurt.
