📄 Description

Some of the DNS providers have associated documentation in docs/ but are not present in the README.

Other changes:

Updated changeip to ChangeIP
Reordered some of the DNS records. Moved the "Custom" provider to the bottom. I think that makes more sense from a reader's perspective.

Supersedes #915
