tweak(lua): Use joaat instead of gethashkey
...
With the implementation of lua 5.4 joaat is the natively used hashing algorithm and will perform better than gethashkey.

- Removed Kiss1 and Kiss2 shared emotes, as it turns out they were literally the same as hug and hug2
- Renamed hug3 'Hug Romantic 1' and hug4 'Hug Romantic 2'

• Fixed some incorrect wording.
• Added the stun gun translation.
• The "Make it rain" term doesn’t really exist in Swedish and the previous translation said "throw money" so I changed it to "make it rain money" or "let it rain money" it makes a little more sense now. Just writing "make it rain" but in Swedish doesn’t work because it doesn’t have the same meaning behind it and would be confusing.
